2.1 Order Cancellation

Buyer Cancellation Rights:

  • Cancel within 24 hours of order placement - Full refund
  • Cancel within 48 hours if crop not dispatched - 90% refund
  • Cancel after dispatch but before delivery - 70% refund
  • Cancel after delivery - No refund (dispute resolution available)

Seller Cancellation Rights:

  • Cancel before order confirmation - No penalty
  • Cancel after confirmation but before dispatch - 10% penalty
  • Cancel after dispatch - 25% penalty
  • Force majeure situations - No penalty

2.2 Service Cancellation

  • Digital farming tools subscription - Cancel anytime with 30-day notice
  • Analytics services - Cancel within 7 days for full refund
  • Training programs - Cancel before start date for full refund
  • Consultation services - Cancel 24 hours before appointment

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Refund Eligibility

✅ Eligible for Refund:

  • Order cancelled within allowed timeframe
  • Product not as described
  • Damaged goods during transit
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Service not provided as promised
  • Technical issues preventing service delivery

❌ Not Eligible for Refund:

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Product used or consumed
  • Custom orders or personalized services
  • Digital products after download
  • Services already rendered
  • Violation of terms and conditions

3.2 Refund Processing

Processing Timeline:

  • Refund Request Review: 1-2 business days
  • Approval and Processing: 3-5 business days
  • Bank Transfer: 2-7 business days (depending on bank)
  • UPI/Card Refund: 1-3 business days
  • Total Timeline: 7-14 business days

4. Refund Methods

Original Payment Method

Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Alternative Methods

If original method is unavailable, we may offer bank transfer or platform credit.

5. Special Circumstances

5.1 Force Majeure

In case of natural disasters, government restrictions, or other force majeure events affecting crop delivery or service provision:

  • Full refund for undelivered orders
  • Partial refund for partially affected services
  • Alternative delivery arrangements when possible
  • Extended cancellation windows

5.2 Quality Issues

For quality-related issues with agricultural products:

  • Photo evidence required within 24 hours of delivery
  • Quality assessment by our team
  • Full or partial refund based on assessment
  • Replacement products when available

6. Dispute Resolution

Resolution Process:

  1. Initial Contact: Contact customer support within 48 hours
  2. Documentation: Provide order details and evidence
  3. Investigation: Our team reviews the case (2-3 days)
  4. Resolution: We propose a solution within 5 business days
  5. Appeal: If unsatisfied, escalate to management
  6. Final Decision: Management review and final resolution

7. Platform Fees and Charges

7.1 Transaction Fees

  • Platform fees are non-refundable after successful transaction
  • Payment gateway charges are non-refundable
  • Processing fees may apply to refunds
  • Currency conversion fees are non-refundable

7.2 Penalty Charges

  • Late cancellation penalties as per policy
  • No-show charges for appointments
  • Administrative fees for complex refunds
  • Chargeback fees if applicable
